Downstate Donuts has been cranking out life changing donuts since 2018, taking first place @donutfest after just 4 months for a vanilla glazed donut. Founded by Chicago restaurant industry pro's Virgil & Peter, they focus on fresh, local, and wholesome ingredients: 1/3 less sugar, in-season organic fruits, wholesome milk, unbleached King Arthur flour, Wisconsin butter, cage free eggs, pure spices and extracts. Gluten free potato donuts are available weekends by pre-order only.
