About Dragon's Head Cider
Wes and Laura Cherry moved to Vashon Island in 2010 to plant an orchard and start a cidery. They produce high quality hard ciders with a traditional approach — never using apple juice concentrate, over sweetening, or adding other fruits. Pressing, fermentation, blending and bottling all happen on the farm. Their award winning ciders are sold in Washington and Oregon, plus their tasting room, web site, and cider club.
