About East Hill Creamery
East Hill Creamery is run by Gary and Betty Burley, who started East Hill Farm in 1981 with 100 acres and 18 cows. With 4 of their children they now milk 1,300 cows on over 1000 acres, and that grass-fed milk is what East Hill cheeses are made from. Using raw milk exclusively from our own dairy farm, we focus solely on Alpine-style cheeses. Come for a tour and see how our cheese is made.
