Eden Pure Beef is the original slow food. We believe you can't rush excellence. Our artisanal beef takes 36 - 40 months to mature (more than twice as long as conventionally raised beef). This allows them to develop more marbling and a rich flavor. We take no shortcuts; our cattle are never fed grains to fatten them up quickly. Our goal is to raise beef in accordance with nature's design. Shipped to your door or pick up in Atlanta & Athens Ga.
