About Elixir Farm
Elixir Farm in Brixey, Missouri has been Certified Organic since 1980 and Biodynamic Certified since 1990. They raise a Dexter/Galloway cross herd humanely on nearly a mile of river valley, with lush riverbottom fields, naturally mineralized sea salt, and fresh spring water. Pastures, hay, and cattle are all certified organic and inspected routinely. They also offer produce and medicinal roots and plants. Beef is sold at Maude's Market in St. Louis and The Truck Patch in Mountain Home, Arkansas, with shipping and occasional delivery available (25 lbs or more for long-distance frozen shipping).
