Located on 171 acres of Georgia farmland, Ellijay Mushrooms is a magnificent mushroom farm in the foothills of the Appalachian Mountains. Our mission is to produce the healthiest, best tasting & highest quality shiitake and oyster mushrooms around. Mushrooms are harvested daily; immediately refrigerated for maximum freshness and shelf-life longevity, then promptly packaged, numbered and shipped out for delivery. Ellijay Mushrooms works successfully with many wholesalers across the Southeast as well as some of the top restaurants in Atlanta and surrounding areas.
