F-Word Farm (Farming, Foraging, Fermenting) makes slow fermented, handcrafted, probiotic vinegars and shrubs — the only ones made from scratch (from the first ferment, on) in the area. Every small batch is handcrafted from primarily local ingredients, either F-Word Farm grown, other local farm, or up-cycled from local businesses. The owner also teaches fermentation, foraging, and farming at local libraries, garden clubs, and senior centers.
