About Fair Share Farm
Since 2003, Fair Share Farm has grown organic fruits and vegetables on Rebecca's family farm in rural, northeastern Clay County, Missouri. Its 20 acres focus on building soil through biological farming: cover cropping, mulching, compost, chicken rotations, mineral additions, and water management. Infrastructure includes a passive solar greenhouse, 30 gpm solar-powered irrigation, an electric tractor and utility vehicle, and a 20kW solar array. The farm also produces live-culture fermented foods in an on-farm commercial kitchen, with more than 95% of ingredients raised on the farm. Motto: "Feed the Soil – Feed the People."
