About Farmhouse BBQ
Farmhouse BBQ smokes meats over live-fire whole oak all day, then pre-portions, flash-freezes and vacuum-seals them in BPA-free packages, fully cooked and ready-to-reheat. Meats come from animals raised to the Highest Animal Welfare Standards; brisket is 100% grass-fed and grass-finished, pork from heritage-breed pigs on open pasture. Sides, breads, sauces and rubs are non-GMO, MSG-free, preservative- and corn syrup-free. Catering available.
