We have been producing hand crafted food since Flat Rock Village Bakery opened in 2001. Everything is made with care and intention using the best and most local ingredients we can find. Flat Rock is home to our massive brick-oven where we bake our artisan, organic breads daily as well as wood-fired pizzas. We also have a mobile wood-fired pizza truck.
