About Flatwater Farms LLC
Our Farm Is Certified Organic. We grow more than 40 varieties of vegetables. We extend our growing season using geothermal energy and a wood-fired heat siphon to warm our green houses. We keep bees. We regenerate the land with native plantings and cover crops. We also grow hops for River St. Joe, an on-site farmhouse brewery. From our farm to your table—we are excited to offer our fifth season of CSA shares in 2026.
