About FLOWERING SUN ECOLOGY CENTER
Flowering Sun Ecology Center is a community run project created to cultivate and provide organic gourmet mushrooms, produce, herbs and trees from Albany to NYC using sustainable practices. They have been growing organic culinary mushrooms since 2019, grown and packed in a controlled indoor environment for year round crops for wholesale customers and a mushroom CSA. The farm is located on a two acre homestead in Ellenville, New York, and is also an educational center.
