At Fred's Urban Farm we only grow the finest Microgreens & Salad Greens using organic growing methods. Our urban farm is located right within the urban center of Spring Valley- San Diego. We offer a wide variety of all natural seasonal produce- Citrus, Microgreens, Salad Greens & Egg. We only sell organic local produce, found at our farm stand located at 3246 South Barcelona Street, Spring Valley CA 91977. Robin & Kellen are a mother/son duo who manage and run the farm year round.
