About Full Heart Farm
Now in our 15th growing season, our produce and blooms brighten our farm stand, local restaurants, area schools, small businesses, and the families of our FarmShare Programs. The farm is closed to the public, open only for pre-order pick-ups and members of our Flower Share and Veggie Club.
