About Garlic Fete
Since 2015, Garlic Fete has traveled to Tuscany, Paris, Chendu, Seoul, San Francisco, and New York sampling dishes to select garlic varieties, testing their hardiness in the Wyoming high desert. They use only organic fertilizers and never herbicides, pesticides, or plastic mulch. Garlic is packaged in 1/2 lb, 1 lb and ready-to-gift boxes; they also produce small batch black garlic, garlic powders, powder blends, sauces, vinegar, toum, and freeze dried soups.
