Since 2015, Garlic Fete has planted and tested garlic varieties for hardiness in the Wyoming high desert, using only organic fertilizers and never herbicides, pesticides, or plastic mulch. They package garlic in 1/2 lb, 1 lb and gift boxes, and produce small batch black garlic, garlic powders, powder blends, sauces, vinegar, toum, and freeze dried soups.
