We are passionate about olives! We believe they should be as healthy for your body as they are delicious. We are on a mission to keep the old fashioned methods of cold curing alive, along with our chef inspired recipes, to create delicious olives that are truly beneficial for your health! Barrel fermented for 6 - 18 months and cold cured using only water and high quality sea salt.
