At Green Grass Cattle Company, our family's ranching operation raises Black Angus cattle from birth on our soil in Weston, Missouri. Steeped in five generations of agriculture, we employ only low-stress handling and herd management practices, are Beef Quality Assurance Certified, and take great pride in producing exceptional dry aged beef. Cattle are grass fed and grain finished the last six months. Local pickup at our Mercantile store in Weston, MO, KC area delivery, and nationwide shipping.
