About Grison Creamery LLC
Grison Dairy & Creamery is run by the Buff family, who left the Swiss canton of Grison due to dairy farming regulations and settled on a farm near Ava, Missouri in 1997. They practice pasture-based, sustainable, farmstead dairying with humanely treated cows, making small-batch, lactose-free cheese using A2A2 milk. Son Adrian grew up on the farm and completed a 3-year apprenticeship as a European Dairy Technologist in Switzerland at Napf Chäsi.
