About Guindon Farms
Matt & Barb Guindon's Limousin cattle are raised without antibiotics or added hormones, fed an all vegetarian diet of lush grasses grown on the farm near Escanaba, Michigan. Certified organic until June 2025, when the certification was voluntarily surrendered, though regenerative, sustainable practices continue. Beef is processed under USDA inspection at Rainbow Packing.
