About Half Moon Cattle
Half Moon Cattle raises cattle on nutrient-rich pasture grass plus locally sourced high-quality grain that enhances marbling, fat cover, and flavor. Cattle are grown naturally from birth to butcher with no added hormones and no preservatives, mostly from a purebred or half Hereford home herd. All beef is butchered and packaged at Maeker's in Shiner, Texas, a state-inspected facility, then stored in commercial freezers monitored 24/7.
