Founded in 2009, our tiny farm started from scratch and with the purchase of a pregnant Miniature Hereford heifer, we began our journey! Just the three of us- husband, wife and child we raised a barn, fencing, and a small herd of Miniature Herefords and Lowline Angus cattle. We offer whole and 1/2 sides of beef — choose your cuts, vacuum sealed — plus individual cuts. Winter hours by appointment (and when open flags are up!).
