About Happy Quail Farms
Happy Quail Farms has been in continuous operation since 1984, starting with a quail coop and Vespa-delivery to restaurants. Circa 1990 the focus shifted to bell peppers and eggplant. They grow specialty heirloom peppers from Peru, Hungary, and Indonesia, and make sauces and relishes from a family recipe using farm-grown or locally sourced ingredients.
