Founded in 2018 by husband-and-wife team Daniel and Talia Haykin, Haykin Family Cider is an award-winning, small-batch cidery dedicated to honoring apples the way wineries celebrate grapes. Ciders are crisp, sparkling, and complex, with higher carbonation and zero additives—no added sugar, flavors, or adjuncts. Most ciders are single varietals, with occasional cuvees and blends. All ciders are certified kosher with the Scroll K hechsher.
