About Hedmark's Maple Ridge
Hedmark's Maple Ridge produces 100% pure maple syrup from sugar maple sap harvested in late winter/early spring, using a 4 foot by 18 foot wood-fired evaporator. It takes approximately 40 gallons of sap to make one gallon of syrup. Awarded 2nd place amber color/rich flavor in 2017 and 3rd place very dark color/strong flavor in 2018. Syrup is offered in plastic jugs, fancy glass containers, and gift baskets.
