About Hell's Backbone Grill & Farm
Hell's Backbone Grill, Little Bone Food Truck, and Boulder Mountain Lodge are open for the 2026 season. HBG is open for dinner Thursdays-Mondays 4-9 pm; Little Bone serves breakfast & lunch 7 am-2 pm seven days a week, with dinners Tuesdays & Wednesdays 4-9 pm. In January 2025, Hell's Backbone Grill & Farm acquired the Boulder Mountain Lodge property, uniting HBG & the Lodge under singular ownership.
