We are a family-owned farm in the Hudson River Valley raising livestock on 115 acres of rolling pastures and hardwood forest looking across the river to the Catskills. We produce incredibly flavorful and nutritious lamb, pork, chicken and turkey and exquisite woolen items from our flock. In 2025 we achieved Tier 3 Regenerative Certification.
