About High Peak Granola
Started in 2018 when the founders' kids needed a granola without too much sugar, refined sugars, or filler ingredients like brans and flours. Made with only 5 organic and natural ingredients, vegan, low in sugar, sweetened with coconut nectar (raw, low glycemic index, 65 minerals and 17 amino acids), and made with certified gluten-free oats.
