Hilltop Maplezz syrup is made from the sap of over 10,000 of the richest sugar maples in western Wisconsin. It takes approximately 40 gallons of maple sap to make one gallon of syrup. The maple sap is boiled to the perfect density, then processed and hand bottled by a family of multigenerational syrup makers. A natural sweetener containing vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants that can even replace sugar when baking.
