About Hollow Oak Farm
Raised with care and stewardship—nothing artificial, just food you can trust and feel good serving at your table. Grass-finished beef born, raised, and finished on grass; heritage pork from pigs on open pastures and foraging woods; turkeys and chickens rotationally grazed and given fresh grass daily; maple syrup and sorghum made in small batches directly on the farm in central KY. A 20-week CSA runs mid-May through late September with weekly shares of organically raised vegetables and/or pastured meats.
