John & Valarie Kennedy's family hand-raises beef, pork, lamb, and poultry year-round and sells fresh retail cuts every Saturday from 5am-12 noon at the J. L. Kennedy Meat Stand, 344 North Sheridan Avenue, Pittsburgh, PA 15206. The animals are pastured and offered hay plus a mix of grains and vegetation; all meats are USDA certified. Cut, wrapped, & frozen products can also be picked up at the Four Seasons Game Bird Farm location.
