About Jincha Kimchi
JinCha means "the real thing" — and that's exactly what we make. Small batches. Four sacred ingredients: gochugaru sourced exclusively from Korea, fresh napa cabbage from Talley Farms, Korean solar sea salt, and 아삭 (the crunch). Cabbage we cut and brine by hand; paste mixed fresh the day it goes in the jar. Every batch is Harabeoji Approved. Jars are $20 (32 oz) and $12 (16 oz).
