JINLAN WENHUA hand-makes Chinese dumplings using products from locally sourced farms, including vegetables, meat, glutinous rice, and flour for stuffing and wraps, with a recipe handed down from grandmas and adapted to seasonal farm products. In April 2025 they opened their 1st restaurant in Rockville, and they also serve customers at weekend farmers markets, events and festivals.
