About Kaʻala Farm Inc
Kaʻala Farm & Cultural Learning Center restored 40 loʻi kalo (wet taro patches) and stewards 97 acres of public land. They host about 3,000 students and visitors yearly. All kalo and produce grown are shared back with the community, with first priority to Waiʻanae food banks and kūpuna caregiving efforts, followed by educators and learning spaces.
