About Kapper’s Big Red Barn, Inc.
Kapper's Big Red Barn is a micro dairy with a herd of less than 100 cows, milked twice daily. Milk travels 20 feet to their on-site processing plant, where it is low-temp pasteurized (160°F for 30 minutes), homogenized, and bottled in glass half gallon bottles up to 5 times per week. Cows roam over 100 acres of pasture as weather allows.
