At Barbie-Pierogi we produce three lines of pierogi. First is our TRADITIONAL line with staple fillings such as farmer cheese, sauerkraut and potato. Next, the SPECIALTY line includes spinach feta, ricotta mozzarella, sweet potato, Pepper Jack cheese and more. The DRUNKEN pierogi was introduced in early 2019, using beer, wine, vodka, tequila and whiskey.
