Kingston Bread started in 2017 — first as a weekly sourdough lab run out of founder Aaron Quint's home in the Stockade district, then as a Saturday popup at Rough Draft Bar & Books. All of our bread — and most of our pastries — are made with natural leavening (our sourdough starter) instead of commercial yeast. We use organic flour, much of it from the Hudson Valley and New York State, and source local meats, dairy, and produce whenever possible.
