In early 2020, childhood crushes Jacob and Alexandra Cohen discovered a remarkable talent for baking bagels in their Philadelphia rowhome kitchen. Each batch is prepared with care by expert bakers, crunchy on the outside and soft on the inside. Their house-made spreads are made with fresh local ingredients and no added preservatives.
