Established in January 2024, Knead is helmed by its creator Victor Perez, a Cuban American whose roots originate in Miami, Florida. Knead's goal is to bring customers new and innovative concepts regarding baked goods that are unique to your everyday bakery. Each one of our signature sourdoughs is created with two completely different sourdough starters, combining gracefully with tested flavors.
