Koto Jelly Coffee is a Japanese dessert shop featuring desserts crafted with innovative coffee & tea jellies, recreating the popular Japanese coffee jelly dessert. Based in Seattle, two designers and a chef from Osaka, Japan created the shop, blending Seattle's coffee culture into jelly. They also make jelly matcha, jelly milk, and jelly tea. Jellies use agar, making them plant-based and vegan friendly. Started summer 2024.
