About Kvichak Fish Co
Kvichak Fish Co. is named for the Kvichak River in Bristol Bay, Alaska. Fish are caught by Nathan, Lareasa and Collin, set-netters in the Naknek-Kvichak River District. Every salmon out of the net and halibut off of the line is hand-cut and boxed by the family business, which processes the fish itself to reduce waste. Customers pre-order the upcoming season's catch and pick up at events in Montana and Idaho in August or September, with nationwide shipping October–March.
