We grow about 4 acres of vegetables and herbs on our 15 acre farm in Northeast Iowa. Our veggies are available by special order or at two local farmers markets. We refer to our state and federally licensed kitchen on the farm as the Galley, where we produce our many canned (like jams, pickles) and baked (like bread, cookies, pies) goods. As of 2022, we have a food trailer that we bring to markets in Decorah, and select local events. Over three quarters of the food we sell is grown, produced or made right on the farm.
