About Land of Providence
Land of Providence provides farmland to Nuestras Raices, a local nonprofit promoting urban agriculture and cultural pride among migrant populations. Dozens of residents, from master farmers to youth groups, farm the land to feed their families and provide fresh, local food to the community. Food grown on the farm is the property of the farmers, who sell it for their livelihood; produce can be purchased at a farm store located on the adjacent property, operated by Nuestras Raices.
