About Latin Foods 901
Chef Pancho Leon arrived in Memphis, Tennessee in 2017 and created his brand of arepas, empanadas and hot sauces. Venezuelan corn flour arepas and stuffed corn flour empanadas (shredded chicken, ground beef, white cheese, shredded cheddar with beef) are gluten free and ready to heat. Hot sauce mixes papaya, habanero and jalapeño with a touch of curry.
