About Laurel & Ash Farm
Laurel & Ash Farm produces limited batches of 100% pure New York, wood-fired, Grade A maple syrup, a line of artisanal vinegars, and heirloom grain pancake mix. Certified Bird-Friendly by Audubon New York, the farm uses low-impact harvesting techniques and holistic forest management. Maple syrup is tapped, wood-fired, and bottled on the farm in wax-sealed, individually numbered glass bottles.
