About LOHOF BEEF Grass-Finished
Lohof cattle are never confined, born in open pastures, and raised on Montana grasslands. Calves are weaned at about 6 months, fed grass hay through winter, and slaughtered around 30 months old. No antibiotics, hormones, or animal by-products. Meat is dry-aged, custom cut, cryovac packaged, frozen, and delivered.
