About Macintosh Hill Maple Works
Syrup made exclusively from 4000 Sugar Maple trees on 60 acres; sap arrives via high vacuum lines and is processed fresh daily during sugaring season (late February to early April) using stainless steel equipment. This season produced 1138 gallons of Golden Delicate, Amber Rich and Dark Robust syrup, compliant with the new international grading system.
