About Mamalagels Bagels
Mamalagels Bagels makes bagels with Youngstown, nostalgia, tradition and family in mind. The original Mamalagel is a twist on a traditional Romanian dish called Mamaliga—a corn meal porridge served with gooey cheese and fresh herbs—adapted into one bagel. Their promise to YOUngstown is to continually evolve.
