The MarnaRoon™ is a coconut macaroon with baked-in opportunity. 20% of all profits are donated to organizations that provide different opportunities. The 2024 designated organization is Canal Dock Boathouse, delivering the opportunity for inner-city youth to take part in recreational on-the-water activities on New Haven Harbor and Long Island Sound. Flavors include the seasonal Lemon Blueberry and the summer Piña Colada.
