Cacao beans are sourced from co-ops in the northern region of Honduras, with 4 metric tonnes of premium Criollo cacao purchased each year. Founded by head Chocolatier Myriam Osorio McCormick, who trained as Chef and Chocolatier in Buenos Aires, Argentina, and opened the bakery in her hometown, Tegucigalpa, Honduras.
